Get to Know the Team

The Supply Planning team is dedicated to enhancing the experience of our driver partners, ensuring they can plan their time smartly on Grab. This team shapes the day of our driver-partners to improve the supply utilisation in varying market conditions.

Get to Know the Role 

As a Lead Product Manager in the Supply Planning team, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to innovate and build different products to solve challenges related to supply repositioning, activation, and incentivisation of Grab's marketplace.

You will report to the Senior Product Management Leader and be based onsite at Grab's OneNorth Office in Singapore.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will own the product strategy for the problem space, working hand-in-hand with a team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts.
• You will define the goals and success metrics to guide and measure the impact of your work.
• You will execute on a clear roadmap addressing identified user needs.
• You will engage in user discovery in generating new product ideas in the space to enable a healthy marketplace.
• You will collaborate across product teams and business stakeholders to drive go-to-market execution and oversee product launches.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Product Management: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management at a tech company, ideally with platform or user-facing products.
• Customer-Centricity: Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-first mindset through all stages of product development.
• Data Acumen: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and insights to inform product development.
• Software Development Practices: Strong understanding of modern development practices and tools.
• Cross-functional Communication: Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the team's work is well-understood and well-supported.
