We’re hiring a Lead Marketing Specialist to support our International Government business, working closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to execute global strategy across regions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in defense, government, or high-tech markets who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring global coverage across time zones, partnering with regional sales teams and helping bring campaigns, messaging, and events to life in-market.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute global marketing strategy in partnership with the Director, adapting plans for regional markets and priorities

  • Partner closely with regional sales teams to support pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and account-based marketing efforts

  • Develop full-funnel campaigns to fuel the pipeline across the regions

  • Develop and localize messaging and content to resonate with international government audiences

  • Support executive communications: helping build presentations, talking points, and materials for senior leaders at key events

  • Plan and execute events and tradeshows within your region, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities

  • Monitor market activity and competitors to inform positioning and identify opportunities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate communications, other GTM marketing teams, and broader HQ to deliver consistent messaging

  • Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing within defense, government, or high-tech sectors, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools

  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across regions

  • Demonstrated understanding of AI, with clear experience leveraging AI and integrating it into broad marketing workflows

  • Clear, confident communicator with strong writing and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into accessible, compelling content

  • Experience supporting sales and business development teams in driving growth

  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced, global environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in GEOINT, Earth observation, or related markets

  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs

  • Exposure to international government customers or foreign military sales environments

  • Additional language skills beyond English
