We are seeking an experienced Lead Instrumentation / Automation professional to oversee automation systems and ensure smooth plant operations. The candidate will lead the instrumentation team, manage maintenance activities, and ensure reliability of PLC, SCADA, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise instrumentation & automation maintenance team

  • Oversee maintenance of PLC, SCADA, sensors, and control systems

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance

  • Ensure system reliability and minimal downtime

  • Coordinate shutdown and breakdown activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety and automation standards

  • Maintain documentation, calibration records, and reports

  • Support continuous improvement and reliability programs
