Lead and execute RCM studies for static equipment per SAE JA1011/JA1012; perform FMEA/FMECA and RCA; analyze failure and corrosion mechanisms; calculate MTBF; develop optimized PM and inspection plans; lead workshops, train staff, and use GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS to support asset integrity, RBI integration, and reliability improvements.

Lead and supervise the instrumentation and automation maintenance team; manage preventive and corrective maintenance of PLC, SCADA, sensors, and control systems; coordinate shutdowns and breakdowns; maintain calibration and documentation; ensure safety compliance, reliability, and continuous improvement programs.

Lead and supervise catalyst change-out, loading, and unloading during plant turnarounds and shutdowns. Manage catalyst technicians, ensure Safety First compliance, operate breathing-air equipment, prepare method statements and site documentation, and coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams on petrochemical and oil & gas projects in the Gulf/Saudi region.

Manage procurement and subcontract administration for oil & gas projects: evaluate technical offers, review contracts, ensure INCOTERMS and shipping compliance, coordinate sourcing of piping, scaffolding, insulation and equipment, and liaise with project, maintenance, and warehouse teams to maintain stock and documentation.

Plan and execute turnaround and inspection activities for a refinery project in KSA. Coordinate shutdown and maintenance operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support inspection and maintenance teams during turnaround events.

Prepare cost estimates for petrochemical and oil & gas projects, produce daily/weekly/monthly reports and professional email communications. Use MS Word/Excel and preferably Primavera. Mechanical engineering degree and regional experience (Jubail/Yanbu or India petrochemical) are preferred.

Manage and maintain ERP entries for production, inventory, and procurement; generate reports; coordinate with departments to ensure data accuracy; resolve discrepancies; support ERP implementations and user guidance; maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance.

Lead QA/QC activities for Oil & Gas/refinery projects including inspections, audits, testing, material and workmanship verification, quality reporting, nonconformance identification, and coordinating corrective/preventive actions with engineering and construction teams to maintain compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Lead Planner responsible for developing and managing maintenance planning strategies, preparing and monitoring maintenance schedules, coordinating with operations, engineering and maintenance teams, and ensuring efficient execution of maintenance programs and resource planning for an oil & gas refinery project in KSA.
