Perform refractory gunning and fireproofing on large ARAMCO and SABIC shutdowns: operate and maintain gunning machines, pumps, and spray equipment; apply linings per specifications; follow HSE and client quality standards; support shutdown/turnaround schedules; troubleshoot equipment; coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and QA/QC.

Lead Planner responsible for developing and managing maintenance planning strategies, preparing and monitoring maintenance schedules, coordinating with operations, engineering and maintenance teams, and ensuring efficient execution of maintenance programs and resource planning for an oil & gas refinery project in KSA.

Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance technicians to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors and other rotating equipment. Plan and schedule turnaround and inspection (T&I) activities for refinery projects in KSA. Prepare detailed shutdown and maintenance plans, coordinate with operations, inspection, and maintenance teams, and ensure proper resource allocation and scheduling for T&I activities.

Manage and maintain ERP entries for production, inventory, and procurement; generate reports; coordinate with departments to ensure data accuracy; resolve discrepancies; support ERP implementations and user guidance; maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance.

Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team to ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of panels, motors, transformers, and switchgear. Manage internal ledgers and invoice tracking for contracting projects in oil & gas. Verify billing against completion reports, coordinate with accounts and operations, monitor cost allocation and expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure documentation accuracy within deadline-driven environments.

Perform material selection, metallurgical evaluation, testing, and failure analysis for oil & gas/refinery equipment. Assess corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, ensure compliance with standards, prepare technical reports, and support inspection and integrity assessments to maintain safety and reliability.

Perform corrosion risk assessments for pipelines and plant equipment; recommend materials, coatings, and cathodic protection; develop monitoring and prevention programs; analyze inspection data; ensure standards compliance; prepare technical reports and collaborate with inspection, maintenance, and engineering teams to maintain asset integrity in oil & gas/refinery operations.
