Supervise and operate high-pressure water jetting activities during plant turnarounds and shutdowns. Manage multiple pumps and jetting crews, ensure safe operations in hazardous environments, prepare method statements and daily reports, and enforce Safety First standards. Coordinate equipment handling (NLB, OBC, IBC, TLX) and lead HP Jetting technicians.

Perform material selection, metallurgical evaluation, testing, failure analysis, and corrosion assessment for oil & gas/refinery equipment; review specifications, support inspections, produce technical reports, and ensure material integrity, quality, safety, and compliance.

Manage day-to-day site operations for power plant construction and installation. Supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers; monitor progress, enforce HSE policies, ensure quality and compliance, resolve site issues, control site logistics and budget, maintain site records, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams while reporting progress to stakeholders.
