Lead Engineer - Process
Job Responsibilities:

Lead process engineering and design, process configuration, and optimization studies.

Perform process simulations; prepare process/utility flow diagrams, heat and material balance, and utility balance.

Prepare piping and instrumentation diagrams.

Prepare process equipment datasheets and instrument datasheets.

Perform relief and blowdown studies, relief load scenario analysis, and flare network calculations.

Perform process calculations for equipment sizing and line hydraulics.

Prepare process design philosophies and operating guides.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 20 years of experience.

Experience in concept studies, FEED, and detailed design projects.

Good experience in offshore oil and gas projects, particularly those adhering to Australian standards, as the facility will operate in Australian waters and must comply with certification requirements.

Preference given to candidates with experience in ‘Normally Not Manned’ facilities.

Proven leadership of process teams on hydrocarbon projects.

In-depth understanding of process design, heat and material balance, and P&IDs.
-
Knowledge of international codes and standards, software, and tools.
