  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, digital retail operations.

  • Strong analytical skills, familiarity with inventory management, campaign execution, and digital merchandising best practices.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A passion for sport and for creating seamless digital consumer journeys.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a key member of the Nike Digital Direct Commerce (NDDC) Digital Marketplaces team, this position will drive the achievement of revenue and operational excellence with Nike SEA&I digital partners.   

  • Define Business Strategy and Deliver Targets:  Provide active input into the definition of strategy and financial growth targets. Deliver revenue forecasts and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive the growth of the business.

  • Lead Marketplace Operations & Innovation: Ensure operational excellence, optimizing store performance, and driving best-in-class consumer experience.

  • Manage Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, supply chain, finance, planning, and merchandising to drive accelerated growth and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

  • Analyse Performance & Optimize: Monitor KPIs including demand, conversion, franchise health, and store profitability. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functions and leadership.

  • Drive Assortment & Merchandising Strategy: Align seasonal assortment planning with Nike’s brand vision and consumer demand. Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to deliver compelling product stories.

  • Execute Campaigns & Activations: Plan and manage campaigns and activations that maximize growth and profitability while staying true to Nike’s brand ethos.

  • Champion Governance: Uphold Nike’s standards for operational integrity, risk management, and adherence to policies.
