Drive internal capability development by facilitating knowledge sharing, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration to build local teams' readiness and confidence in supporting digital solutions.

  • Localization & Regulatory Alignment - Ensure digital solutions meet Singapore’s data governance, cybersecurity, and interoperability requirements (e.g., MOH, PDPA, H-Cloud). Support localization needs including integration with EPIC and national health IT platforms.

  • Product Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement - Monitor product performance, usage, customer feedback, and revenue KPIs within the local context. Identify opportunities to expand solution offerings, improve the customer experience, and influence product enhancements or new developments based on market insight.

Who You Are:

  • Certifications in relevant areas such as product management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum), data privacy (e.g., PDPA), or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP) are a plus.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in digital health, healthcare IT, or diagnostics technology, preferably within the Singapore healthcare ecosystem.

  • Hands-on experience managing the lifecycle of digital or software-based solutions, from design through deployment and support.

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems (e.g., LIS, EMR, EPIC) and integration standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, APIs).

  • Experience working with public and private healthcare stakeholders (e.g., Synapxe, MOH, NHIC) and navigating local regulatory environments (e.g., H-Cloud, PDPA compliance).

  • Proven ability to translate user needs into technical requirements and align solutions with IT infrastructure and policy requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, data governance, interoperability, and cybersecurity in healthcare.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.

  • Actively seeks out diverse perspectives, invites opposing views, and constructively and respectfully challenges ideas to achieve the best outcome

  • Experience in communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
