Job Description

We're looking for a Lead Creative Operations Manager to join our Brand, Creative & Strategy team in Singapore. This is a brand new team and an exciting time to join as we extend our team outside of the UK to the APAC region.

As Lead Creative Operations Manager, you’ll be a key member of this team, working collaboratively with our creatives and strategists to deliver marketing comms for our APAC team. In the first instance, you'll be crucial in getting our in-house studio up and running as smoothly as possible in the region. Beyond this, you’ll be a force to be reckoned with when it comes to project delivery. You’re great at managing multiple projects, getting the team organised and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Brand, Creative & Strategy team:

  • We are looking for a senior leader who can help establish the studio in Singapore and be responsible for its growth in-line with the market. We need someone who can confidently manage the day to day and report back KPIs to the London team

  • You’ll act as the day-to-day point of contact for key internal stakeholders - building rapport, trust and collaborative working relationships

  • You will also be responsible for project delivery – keeping projects running smoothly, identifying any potential blockers for delivery and managing stakeholder comms

  • You’ll be responsible for scheduling our creatives’ time, forecasting the team’s capacity, identifying issues or the need for additional resource

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Have ownership - as this is a new team and role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our processes, systems and reporting from the ground up.

  • Develop - you’ll be encouraged to grow and take on more responsibilities, and you’ll have the freedom to decide what those are.

  • Be flexible - in how you work, we understand everyone needs a little something different so we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Have impact - we’re not just being creative for the fun of it, we’re constantly measuring and understanding how our work helps Wise to achieve its mission. It's incredibly rewarding to know that we’re helping millions of people save money. It just so happens that we have a lot of fun too.

Qualifications

You'd be a great fit for the role if you have:

  • 10+ years experience in creative operations, marketing project management or client services (with a focus on delivery)
  • Deep knowledge of the cultural and digital landscapes of Japan, South-east Asia, or India

  • You’re a master when it comes to organisation, planning and ensuring timely delivery of work

  • You’re able to quickly build rapport, trust and collaborative relationships - both within our team and with stakeholders

  • You're passionate about good creative and have a strong knowledge of creative and design production, and their constantly moving parts

  • You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and communication is maintained throughout a project

  • Ideally you’ll have experience working across multiple marketing touch points - paid social, paid display, OOH, print, experiential, podcasts, etc.

Additional Information

Salary Range: SGD 12,000 - SGD 16,500 + RSUs
