Job Profile Summary:

Reporting into the Head, Business Partnering, you will be a trusted and credible HR partner to the business unit assigned to you. This position will be the key point of contact for all HR related matters. You will provide a consultative, value add service in supporting your stakeholder in meeting their business’ HR needs.

Job Description:

  • Provide HR advice to the business that enables them to achieve their business objectives.
  • Partner and guide the business managers in implementation of HR processes relating to performance management, promotion and compensation and manpower planning.
  • Employee and industrial relations, provide strategic and operational business HR support.
  • Partner the COE services within HR Eg. Management Associate Program, Talent Development, International Mobility, and Rewards in rolling out and execution of processes or initiatives.
  • Support key initiatives and projects within the organisation.
  • Involved in regional HR projects.

Who we are looking for:

Competencies & Personal Traits

  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency, high level of drive, resourceful and with good prioritization skills.
  • Customer-centric and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Good business acumen and good understanding of local regulatory framework.

Working Experience

  • At least 8-10 years of HR experience in building relationships and business partnering functions.
  • Experience in an MNC environment or large corporation preferred.

Education

  • Degree in any field of study
