Job Description:

 The Opportunity 

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Investigations & Litigation (Legal Operations & Data Analytics) to join our Global Investigations & Government Litigation team within the Global Legal Organization. 

This role combines technology, analytics, and investigations support to help drive operational excellence across the department. The successful candidate will leverage Microsoft 365 technologies, data analytics, automation, and digital solutions to enhance workflows, improve business processes, and support investigative activities. 

You will work at the intersection of legal operations, technology, data analytics, and compliance, partnering with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Audit, Information Security, and Technology teams to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain digital solutions that support the Global Investigations & Government Litigation team. 

• Architect and enhance Microsoft 365 applications and workflows Integrate data from multiple systems and applications, including API-based integrations where appropriate. 

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business insights and decision-making. 

• Continuously improve application performance, user experience, and development processes based on stakeholder feedback. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure solutions align with information governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and company policies. 

• Support internal investigations through activities such as:  

• Open-source research 

• Data analytics and forensic review 

• Information gathering and analysis 

• Investigative support for government inquiries and related matters 

About You:  

You are a technology-enabled problem solver who enjoys transforming complex business requirements into practical digital solutions. You are equally comfortable building analytics dashboards, automating workflows, and supporting investigative activities that require attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong analytical thinking. 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Audit, Law & Computing, or a related discipline. 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience. 

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint. 

• Hands-on experience developing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages 

• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization. 

• Experience working with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or similar tools. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and ownership. 

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. 

• Understanding of information security, data privacy, and governance requirements. 

Preferred qualifications/skills:  

• Microsoft certifications such as:  

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) 

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) 

• Experience supporting legal, compliance, investigations, audit, risk, or regulatory functions. 

• Experience with application integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. 

• Knowledge of data governance, records management, and digital transformation initiatives.
