- Proven experience in financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management)
- Hands-on experience in building AI solutions and managing end-to-end product lifecycle
- Strong track record as product owner with go-to-market execution
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver AI projects with measurable impact
- Have demonstrated a passion for AI through building and thought leadership
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
