Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Own a defined territory focused on Greater China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Identify, negotiate, and close transformative deals with some of the world’s largest enterprises.
  • Engage Senior Leaders: Work directly with CMOs, CTOs, CIOs, COOs, EVPs, and SVPs to design solutions that enable their brands to win in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Understand client challenges deeply, build strong multi-stakeholder relationships, and influence decision-makers with insight and empathy.
  • Create Opportunities: Proactively source new leads through networking, referrals, and industry engagement. You’ll be relentless in uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Stay Ahead: Continuously learn about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Curiosity is your superpower.
  • Collaborate & Improve: Seek feedback from leaders, peers, and clients to refine your approach and deliver exceptional outcomes. At Sprinklr, we do the right thing—always.

Who You Are

  • Enterprise Sales Expert: 5–8 years of experience in complex SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
  • Top Performer: You’re consistently in the top tier of your team and thrive on exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Relationship Builder: You understand that trust and genuine care drive success. You know how to navigate complex organizations and influence at all levels.
  • Customer Experience Advocate: You’re passionate about the CX revolution and how social and digital channels are reshaping global brand-consumer relationships.
  • Curious & Resilient: You embrace change, learn fast, and never give up. Your work ethic and adaptability set you apart.
  • Language Skills: Full bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. Cantonese fluency is highly preferred to effectively engage stakeholders across Greater China.
