Key Responsibilities
Develop UAT strategies test plans test cases and scenario designs aligned with business and regulatory requirements
Conduct comprehensive end to end testing across user journeys including onboarding maintenance updates and periodic reviews
Review and interpret Business Requirement Documents BRDs and Functional Specification Documents FSDs
Manage UAT execution cycles monitor progress track defects assess impacts and ensure timely closure
Identify opportunities for process improvements testing efficiencies and enhancements to KYC controls
Requirements
8-10 years of experience in UAT testing business analysis or KYC CLM operations
Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management processes
Excellent analytical documentation stakeholder communication problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing workstreams
prioritize functional features in project backlog
Qualifications
6 years of experience in a techno functional role
Strong understanding of SDLC system architecture and data flows
Experience in compliance KYC or regulatory domains is highly desirable
