In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and activate sales strategies to Retain, Grow and Gain business with Corporate Key Accounts. In partnership with field sales teams and other functions, you’ll leverage Ecolab’s expertise and innovations to create superior value for customers.
Communicate Ecolab’s total value delivered and capture share of that value to drive growth and profitability for Ecolab through higher price premiums, increased market share or favorable contract terms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships in a specific country and execute appropriate sales strategies to achieve your growth targets.

  • Partner with SEA Corporate Account team to Retain, Grow and Gain assigned customers, including agreed strategies that drive growth and profitability for both Ecolab and our customers.

  • Increase market share by selling new customer units belonging to Global/Regional Corporate Accounts assigned to you where Ecolab’s scope of contract is restricted to a preferred or dual supply agreement.

  • You’ll hone your influencing skills as you partner with field sales to ensure the delivery and execution of our customer commitments.

  • Develop and establish customer executive relationships to understand their business drivers and priorities. Develop a strategy to Create customer value based on customer needs. Communicate the value by preparing and delivering regular EBR’s for all assigned customers and include in each EBR a monetized estimate of Total Value Delivered.

  • Partner closely with Field Sales to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support, deepen customer relationships and identify potential growth opportunities

  • Collaborate across our businesses to identify new opportunities and serve our customers as One Ecolab

  • Manage a prospect pipeline to ensure sustained and healthy growth for your division (Institutional)

  • Negotiates contracts with major/key customers/institutions.

  • Sell a minimum of $600k in annualized new business.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience in the Hospitality industry would be highly regarded

  • The ability to develop lasting relationships at an executive level

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

  • Excellent communication and a service-oriented approach
