The role requires managing multiple large B2B accounts and closing complex, high-value sales opportunities.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to expand Samsung TV sales and partnership development with major telecommunication operators in Singapore and other service providers. This role is critical to expanding Samsung's presence in the commercial segment through bundled offerings, rentals, subscriptions and other value-added services.Role and Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Account Management- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for telecom operator
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers at strategic partners
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with commercial entities
- Conduct regular business reviews with assigned accounts to ensure performance against KPIs and growth targets
- Manage account profitability and ensure sustainable business growth with each operator
- Leverage Samsung TV product portfolio to create compelling bundle offers tied to telecom services
- Present Samsung product specifications, features, and competitive advantages to operator procurement and product teams
- Support operators in creating customer-facing marketing materials (brochures, datasheets, promotional content)
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and promotional support
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotes, and contract terms to secure profitable business with assigned account
- Coordinate with Samsung Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to expedite contract approval and closure
- Develop annual sales plans with specific targets for each operator account (unit volume, revenue, market share)
- Create and execute quarterly promotional campaigns in collaboration with operator marketing teams
- Coordinate in-store merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and promotional displays across operator retail touchpoints
- Plan and conduct joint business planning sessions with operator leadership to align on growth strategies
- Track deal pipeline and forecast quarterly/annual revenue accurately
- Work closely with Samsung Marketing team to develop operator-specific marketing campaigns and customer incentives
- Coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure timely product delivery and fulfilment
- Engage with Samsung Customer Service to ensure service level agreements are met
- Partner with Finance to manage rebates, promotional allowances, and payment collection
- Collaborate with Product Management to provide the most optimal product recommendation
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in consumer electronics, technology, or telecommunications sectors
- Proven track record of selling to operator/corporate accounts with high-value deals
- 3+ years of direct experience selling to telecommunications companies or managing large corporate accounts
- Experience with product bundling, promotional offerings, and complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing multi-month sales negotiations with procurement teams
- Background in FMCG, consumer electronics, or technology product sales preferred
- Experience managing multiple large accounts simultaneously (minimum 3-5 accounts)
