This role sits within our Technology and Innovation team which drives co-creation and incubation of ideas towards developing new products/services, improving existing ones, and enhancing business models and ways of working.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Support design and delivery of our annual Keppel Next innovation conference + exhibition event and other related initiatives.
• Be part of our large scale AI enablement through supporting the discovery process and workshops required for exploration of new technologies and topics relevant to the organization, participating in the conceptualization and execution of the right pilots with the on-ground teams to explore implementation / adoption (e.g. GenAI adoption pilots).
• Undertake research on select specific innovation domains to provide a viewpoint on technology foresight and futures thinking for the organization.
• Provide support to ongoing projects.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

• Learning opportunities in the area of running large scale conference events from programme to logistics etc.
• Gain a strong understanding of the innovation process and delivery.JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements:
• An innovative mindset, with the creativity and ability to conceptualize and structure ideas and actions for new and emerging topics.
• Curiosity to quickly develop expertise on emerging trends and technology.
• Initiative to structure and take ownership of your tasks and duties.
• Preference for familiarity in the usage of GenAI tools, alongside a good eye for design in the creation of marketing related collateral.
• Preference for strong skillsets in the creation of video engagement content.
• Awareness of emergent technologies and current market trends in select verticals.
• Ability to communicate and present well in large groups.
• Background in marketing / comms / graphic design preferred.
