JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

This role sits within the Shared Services Centre in IT team.

The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Work together with the project managers in managing the projects - Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage day to day projects operational aspects and requests.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
• Managing risks and issues that arise during the project.
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Ensuring that project processes are followed, and that project documentation is up-to-date.

Learning Outcomes:
• Experience working in real-life enterprise level projects which affect the revenue & profit of a multi-national company.
• Experience working in a multicultural team.
• Learn project management processes, project management tools, challenges in managing projects and how to overcome the challenges for successful project execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in management, computer science, software engineering, or a related field is usually required for this role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and project management skills.
• Strong technical background and an understanding of software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project /Jira, MS Office Applications, SharePoint Online
