JOB DESCRIPTION

The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Supporting HR Business Partners in the end-to-end processes of recruitment, including shortlisting candidates, coordinating with line managers and candidates on interview sessions, as well as ensuring that the necessary documentation is in place before the candidate commences work with the organization.
• Assisting with new hires’ on-boarding process to ensure smooth transition into the organisation.
• Providing inputs and assisting with the review of new hires’ onboarding to enhance employee experience.
• Assisting with off-boarding of leavers from the organisation and providing inputs in the review of the off-boarding process.
• Employee engagement and well-being.
• Conceptualising exciting and engaging activities for employees (e.g. CSR activities, events to celebrate festive occasions).
• Designing publicity materials (e.g. EDMs, Yammer posts).
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Other ad-hoc duties.
Learning Outcomes:
Successful candidate will be exposed to HR project management, employee communications and engagements and opportunities to work across stakeholders from various businesses in Keppel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Self-starter and resourceful.
• Strong in communication and writing skills.
• Meticulous and numeric.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
• Technology-savvy. Those with experience in video editing or social media design will be favourably considered.
