[Keppel Internship Programme 2025] Intern, Finance (June - Nov 2025)

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.
Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into Real_Estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Support Finance team in financial and management reporting matters including but not limited to XBRL filing, tax compliance related work and actual vs budget analysis

• Work with various stakeholders including external fund administrators to ensure timely delivery of various deliverables
• Assist in automation implementation on Yardi and Anaplan systems and enhanced reporting/working templates
• Assist in day-to-day finance operations.
• Assist in the review of investee financial reports, including analysing the trends and performance against budget.
Learning Outcomes:
• Exposure to the financial and management reporting processes of private funds, as well as knowledge of Yardi and Anaplan systems.
