JOB DESCRIPTION

The mandate of the E&OD Centre of Excellence is to establish learning and development strategies across Keppel globally to strengthen existing and future capabilities, as well as to drive exceptional employee experience through impactful engagement initiatives, communication and tech-driven streamlined processes. You will be part of the team to support the design, development and delivery of learning as well as well-being initiatives including but not limited to:
The intern will be responsible in the following:
• Conceptualising exciting and engaging activities / programmes (e.g. webinars, contests, activities)
• Designing publicity materials (e.g. e-bulletins, posters, videos) to communicate and publicise on the learning / well-being activities
• Copywriting and content creation (e.g. publicity materials, LinkedIn posts, articles in Company publication)
• Liaising with colleagues from other business units and vendors
• Contribute to analytics by measuring success of learning and well-being initiatives using various parameters.
• Assist with administrative and logistics related support
Learning Outcome:
• Ability to craft effective employee communication materials
• Project management and interpersonal skills through planning and implementing various initiatives
• Ability to develop learning, employee engagement and well-being initiatives that are aligned to the company’s goals and strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Creativity to bring forth fresh ideas to engage employees and motivate them to integrate learning and well-being as a part of their daily lives.
• A strong sense of project ownership and initiative to see assignments through
• Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• Experience in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma/video editing will be favourably considered.
• A good understanding of behavioural design (e.g. psychology of decision-making and behavioural economics) is a plus
