Assist in developing data retention policies, coordinate discussions, analyze policies for compliance, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in developing and implementing data/document retention and deletion policies starting from public policy frameworks.
- Coordinate & Facilitate discussions to help teams align on proposed frameworks.
- Analyze and dissect policies to apply them effectively to the company's data and documents.
- Work independently to manage the program and ensure timely progress.
- Communicate effectively with business, IT and governance stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong command of English, with excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Background or experience in audit, compliance, or legal fields is a plus.
- Experience with data management and policy implementation is advantageous but not required.
