JOB DESCRIPTIONKeppel is a global asset manager and operator with strong expertise in sustainability-related solutions spanning the areas of infrastructure, real estate and connectivity.
This role sits within the Energy Nexus team in Keppel's Infrastructure Division. The Keppel Energy Nexus team focuses on developing infrastructure solutions to meet Singapore's energy transition goals, this includes low carbon fuels such as hydrogen and its potential carriers i.e., ammonia, as well as carbon capture utilization & storage (CCUS) solution.
Key responsibilties:
1) Support the Keppel Energy Nexus team on existing projects.
2) Assist the team to identify, define and develop potential business opportunities in the hydrogen/ammonia and CCUS space.
3) Build market position by identifying, defining, developing, and closing business relationships.
4) Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
5) Screen potential business deals by analyzing technical requirements, designs, market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
6) Evaluate technical options and optimize technical designs to enhance commercial economics.
7) Develop techno-economic models for the business opportunities
8) Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
9) Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations and organization’s compliances.
10) Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or equivalent
