Role Objective

Support the management and execution of memory product lines (USB flash drives, microSD cards, SD cards, and related storage products) across the product lifecycle — from product setup and coordination to sales enablement and supply-chain alignment.

This role is execution-focused and works closely with product managers, sales, procurement, and operations to ensure smooth product rollout, accurate information flow, and day-to-day product support.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Support & Coordination
  • Assist in managing memory products (USB, microSD, SD card, etc.) across their lifecycle
  • Support product setup, specification alignment, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate product information (capacity, specs, BOM references, lifecycle status)
  • Coordinate internally to ensure product data is consistent and up to date
2. Sales & Market Support
  • Support sales teams with:
    • Product specifications
    • Comparisons and basic positioning
    • Product availability and lead-time information
  • Assist in preparing product materials, pricing references, and simple comparisons
  • Support customer and sales inquiries related to product capabilities and usage
3. Supply Chain & Operations Support
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations on:
    • Material availability
    • Forecast updates
    • Order execution status
  • Support tracking of inventory status and delivery timelines
  • Assist in monitoring potential supply or allocation issues and escalate when needed
4. Vendor & Internal Coordination
  • Support communication with suppliers and internal teams on product-related matters
  • Assist senior team members in coordinating with vendors (controller, NAND, assembly partners)
  • Track updates related to product changes, qualification status, or EOL notices
5. Product Learning & Market Awareness
  • Build foundational understanding of:
    • USB, microSD, SD card product structures
    • Memory capacities, performance classes, and use cases
    • Basic market segments (consumer, industrial, commercial)
  • Monitor basic market and competitor information to support internal discussions
  • Learn how product decisions impact sales, supply, and operations

RequirementsRequired Experience & Capability
  • 0–2 years of experience in product, operations, sales support, or supply-chain–related roles
  • Exposure to memory products, electronics, or semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling product data and follow-ups
  • Willingness to learn product, market, and supply-chain fundamentals
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across functions
