Responsibility:
- Product Lifecycle & Quality Support: Assist our supplier and procurement teams in managing Fixed BOM (Bill of Materials) solutions. You will learn to ensure component consistency and monitor product qualification and reliability tests, gaining hands-on exposure to mechanical and environmental testing processes.
- Market Analysis & Forecasting: Work closely with the Sales Team to understand client needs. You will assist in customizing products and analyzing demand forecasts, ensuring we continue to provide solutions with a long product life cycle.
- Documentation & Marketing: Support the Marketing team in creating, updating, and distributing professional product materials. You will assist in managing our library of product datasheets and technical manuals to support our global sales teams.
- Client Consultation: Provide valuable support to our sales & marketing teams. You will learn to address inquiries regarding product compatibility, support in serve clients in sectors such as industrial, medical, and automotive markets.
Requirements
- Experience: Open to entry-level candidates; full training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
- Aptitude: Must demonstrate a high initiative, a positive attitude, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT hardware, NAND flash storage technologies is preferred but not required; candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work with local & global teams.
- Detail-Oriented: A commitment to maintaining "unwavering reliability" and high standards of data integrity.
- Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work onsite at our Singapore office. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Singapore, as work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
