Job Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, email) to drive lead generation.
  • Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns for lead generation, client engagement, and event promotions.
  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitor and industry research to support marketing strategies and sales enablement.
  • Event Marketing: Coordinate and support promotional events, webinars, trade shows and employee engagement events
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales and growth teams to build targeted marketing lists and nurture potential leads through campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, SEO, and website traffic.
  • Branding Support: Ensure all marketing materials and digital assets adhere to Inivos’ brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, consulting & tech teams) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO basics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for technology, B2B marketing, and exploring new marketing trends.
