Job DescriptionAbout the role:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Junior Executive – HR to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth hiring process, maintaining employee records, supporting HR systems, and contributing to employee engagement and administrative efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual eager to build a strong foundation in end-to-end HR management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates. 
- Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 
- Job Posting Management: Post job descriptions across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in communication. 
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and team culture to align recruitment strategies. 
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding professionalism. 
- Administrative Support: Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), update candidate records, and assist with recruitment reports and dashboards. 
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation and orientation activities. 
HR Operations:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Assist with onboarding processes by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance requirements are met. 
- Coordinate offboarding procedures and managing clearance documentation. 
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 
- Process employee data changes such as job title updates, promotions, and personal information modifications. 
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timesheet data, leave tracking, and resolving payroll-related queries. 
- Assist in administering employee benefits such as OPD and health insurance programs. 
HR Systems & Reporting
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in HRIS systems. 
- Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) and support system audits and updates. 
Employee Queries & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing accurate and timely information. 
- Support HR projects, employee engagement programs, and internal events. 
Compliance & Record Keeping
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. 
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure security of employee data. 
Performance & Engagement Support
- Assist in performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-tracking. 
- Support organization of employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives. 
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations (internships or entry-level experience considered). 
- Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll tools. 
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and headhunting. 
- Basic understanding of labor laws and payroll processing, and employee benefits 
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive information. 
- Experience or exposure to the IT industry will be a plus
