Job Summary:

The Junior Content Producer is a vital member of the content team, responsible for supporting the creation and execution of engaging and high-quality content across various platforms. This role will assist in all stages of the content production process, support ideation , planning to filming.  Ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual with a passion for video/film production. They will work closely with the Content Managers and other team members to ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production for a wide range of content types: articles, interviews, videos, social (influencers).
  • Build relationships with clients to pitch, execute and manage content campaigns
  • Assist in vendor management, such as briefing and reviewing deliverables and streamlining operations
  • Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders, such as business leads, project managers, strategists
  • Monitor content performance and adjust content strategy based on data
  • Support strategists on content workshops
  • Assist with on-set production, including setting up equipment, managing talent
  • Maintain organized records of all content assets, including footage, scripts, and graphics
  • Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of content creation principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for creating engaging and impactful content.
  • Basic understanding of copyright laws and ethical content creation practices.
