Job Description:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

· Provide front-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, assisting employees with troubleshooting in real-time.

· Address issues related to operating systems, user account setup, network connectivity, and application errors.

Use diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of issues, documenting and following up as needed.

Ticket Management and Issue Escalation:

· Respond to support requests through the ticketing system, phone, email, or in person, documenting resolutions and tracking the status of each ticket.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior IT staff, following established escalation protocols.

User Account and Access Management:

· Assist with creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts across various systems and applications.

· Maintain user access permissions based on company security policies, helping users with login or access-related issues.

Network and Systems Support:

· Provide basic troubleshooting for network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

· Assist in monitoring network performance and system alerts, reporting any abnormalities or potential threats to the senior IT staff.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

· Maintain documentation of support activities, common issues, and their resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.

· Contribute to user training by developing guides and instructions on frequently encountered issues or software applications.

Security and Compliance:

· Follow IT security policies to ensure the protection of sensitive data and systems, reporting any potential security risks.

· Assist with security-related tasks, such as enforcing password protocols and monitoring for suspicious activities.

Min Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

Min 4-5 years of experience working in IT Infrustruciotn and resolving the IT issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting common productivity software issues.

Experience with a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) is helpful. Some experience in a help desk, IT support, or technical support role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess and troubleshoot issues. Clear verbal and written communication, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Customer-focused attitude, patience, and adaptability.
