IT Specialist
Responsibilities
- Perform PC system standardization and centralized management/installation/maintenance of business productivity software.
- Perform installation and maintenance of integrated workplace equipment: MFPs, video conferencing systems, access control devices, time attendance systems, CCTV surveillance, and IP phones.
- Participate in deploying internal infrastructure services and designing enterprise IT solutions (e.g., office infrastructure deployment).
- Maintain internal DNS/DHCP services and troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Govern end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management: procurement, inventory control, maintenance, auditing, and disposal.
- Administer enterprise systems including Active Directory, Exchange Online, Citrix virtualization, and Synology NAS.
- Support network teams in data center facility inspections and ISP coordination.
- Develop technical documentation and deliver standardized IT processes/user-centric solutions.

- Proficient in PC hardware/OS fundamentals and business application deployment.
- Understanding of core networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP) and configuration.
- Ability to scope IT projects and develop requirement-based solutions.
- Hands-on technical aptitude for device installation per operational guides.
- Experienced in Windows Server services (AD, Exchange Online, file sharing); MCITP certification preferred.
- Skilled in Citrix virtualization technologies.
- English speaking and Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
