Reporting to the Head of IT, you will manage complex IT projects while applying your extensive business analysis background to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You'll play a critical role in transforming business requirements into actionable user stories and support quality assurance processes throughout the development lifecycle.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with insurance core systems (Policy Administration, Claims, Billing)

- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, qTest, Zephyr)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
- 4+ years of experience in IT project management or Senior Business Analyst, with at least 5 years specifically in the insurance industry
- Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning to project management
- Extensive experience in Life insurance and HNW product development and enhancement projects
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes including underwriting, claims, policy administration, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into requirements then into technical specifications
- Deep knowledge on sprint backlog creation and prioritization
- Experience supporting QA teams with test case development and execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Lead IT projects through the complete development lifecycle, from inception to deployment and post-implementation review
- Transform complex business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders across departments
- Support testing teams in creating comprehensive test cases and scenarios based on business requirements
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business users, and external vendors
- Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery methodologies
