- Proven experience 5+years as an IT Project Manager in the banking industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
