To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop project plans that meet their objectives. You'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and able to navigate complex project landscapes. By leveraging your project management expertise, you'll drive projects forward, mitigate risks, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
What you do
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify deliverables
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Who you are
- A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Agile and adaptable, with a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and change
- Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile
