- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects within the organization.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and deliverables.
- Assist with resource allocation and task assignment within project teams.
- Identify and help resolve project issues and risks.
- Support project communication and stakeholder management.
- Assist with project financial tracking and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
- 1-5 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes.
