We are seeking an IT Ops and Incident Manager to lead our operations team and ensure the effective management of incidents within our IT environment.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

  • Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
  • Coordinate with various teams to efficiently manage incidents and ensure effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Define and implement operational standards, best practices, and procedures for incident management.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to improve processes and prevent recurrence of incidents.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Lead IT operations activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Work with senior management to report on incident trends, service performance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the ops and incident management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations and incident management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and certification, preferably ITIL v3 or v4.
  • Experience with incident management tools and IT service management software.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced IT environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, security principles, and operational risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
