About the Role 
We are looking for a IT Operations Engineer to join our team and help deliver a smooth and secure technology experience for employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues.
  • Assist with setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and user accounts.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring employees have the right access from day one and that access is removed when needed.
  • Support patch management & vulnerability scanning. Keep endpoints, workstations, and servers up to date. 
  • Help maintain company devices by applying updates, patches, and basic security checks.
  • Support software and application management, including installation and access requests.
  • Assist in evaluating and testing new tools or applications under guidance from senior team members.
  • Learn and support safe usage of AI tools within the organization, including basic awareness of data security and risks. 

Requirements:

  • Candidates with 1+ years of experience in IT support or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems (Windows and/or macOS), and common workplace tools.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
  • Internship or project experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
  • Exposure to tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or device management systems (e.g., Intune, Jamf).
  • Basic knowledge of networking or security concepts.
