Own the Crypto.com App’s onboarding and growth roadmap, including account opening, KYC, activation, referrals, new-product onboarding, and trading journeys. Improve funnel conversion and time-to-first-value through experimentation and analytics, extend onboarding capabilities across products and markets, and lead Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading stakeholders. The role requires senior individual-contributor ownership in regulated fintech, consumer growth, shared platforms, and trading or brokerage products.

Own lifecycle CRM strategy and execute personalized, automated campaigns across email, push, in-app, and browser channels. Manage segmentation, journey architecture, integrations, templates, testing, attribution, reporting, and optimization. Partner with Marketing, Product, Creative, Legal, Compliance, MarTech, and Engineering teams to deliver compliant campaigns. Use behavioral data, AI tools, gamification, and rewards to improve onboarding, retention, engagement, reactivation, product usage, and revenue.

Own the end-to-end fiat product strategy for a regulated FCM and US trading platform. Lead funding, withdrawals, customer fund segregation, payment-rail selection, bank partnerships, liquidity, settlement, acceptance optimization, and dynamic payment routing. Build scalable institutional on-ramps and global banking infrastructure across markets and currencies while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and leadership.

Own the Crypto.com App trading roadmap across spot, perpetuals, and adjacent markets. Define, launch, and iterate customer-facing trading features; conduct user research; prioritize initiatives; make product tradeoffs; and coordinate Engineering, Design, Analytics, QA, Marketing, Compliance, and Growth. The role requires measurable ownership of trading outcomes including volume, adoption, retention, risk, and user experience at global scale.

Designs and maintains scalable infrastructure for high-performance trading systems, including CI/CD, observability, databases, cloud resources, Kubernetes deployments, security, backups, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. The role automates AWS provisioning with Ansible and Terraform, manages monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki, supports containerized services, enforces GitHub standards, and evaluates AI tools for operational efficiency.

Manage clearinghouse risk coverage across Asian and European hours, monitoring exposures, margin adequacy, settlement pricing, collateral, liquidity, and operational controls. Lead stress testing, default management, margin model design, product risk reviews, regulatory responses, audits, and risk monitoring requirements. Respond to overnight incidents, assess systemic risk, and communicate risk metrics and decisions to senior leadership, clearing members, and regulators.

Supports global transfer pricing operations, including intercompany accounting, OECD-compliant Local File and Master File documentation, CbCR, BEPS Pillar 2 filings, financial benchmarking, and transfer pricing model monitoring. The role collaborates with finance, legal, treasury, business teams, and external advisors, supports audits, improves reporting processes, and maintains compliance with international tax regulations.
