Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Desktop Support-L1, (Mandatory) .
2. As an Administrator, you should be able to Monitor the IT Infra structure for its availability, capacity usage, hardware and OS errors and failures.
3. Creations / termination of email accounts and system access rights for new employees and exiting employees
4. Prepare, issuance and maintenance of IT hard wares for all employees according to job functions and requirements.
5. Handle first-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis and attend to Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels.
6. Timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when required.
7. Log file monitoring for errors.
8. Perform daily, weekly and monthly proactive housekeeping and monitoring activities as well as Vendor co-ordination,
9. Perform basic Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
10. Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement
11. Any other ad-hoc duties or assignments / projects as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge in the following OS: Windows 7/8/10 and Windows 2008/2012 server.
- Able to understand and manage Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases
- Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Studio .NET (VB/C#) Education/experience
- University degree in Computer related field or 1-2 years IT support related experience
- CompTIA, Microsoft, or other recent technical certifications are a plus
- Strong written and oral English communication skill
- This role is primarily based in Tampines HQ office that also supports the Operations level with ad-hoc traveling to Changi Airport office, duty-free retail stores and 3PL warehouse as and when needed.
