Lendlease is currently searching for an Investment Management Analyst.

The role will work with the fund managers to provide ongoing support for the management of Lendlease funds and mandates with institutional investors, including regular reporting and ad-hoc asset acquisitions and disposals.

  • At the asset level, develop strategic asset management plans, monitor financial, operational and sustainability performance and oversee semi-annual valuation process.
  • At the fund level, to develop the business plan and budget, fund modelling, performance management calculations.
  • Produce asset and fund-level quarterly reports and presentations for investor reporting. Respond to and manage investor queries as required.
  • Work with asset management team on asset enhancement initiatives.
  • Work with Treasury on debt funding and maintenance of bank facilities for the asset or fund.
  • Manage fund administration, board meetings, capital calls and distribution notices.
  • Assist with asset acquisitions and divestment as well as ad-hoc business initiatives.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Business or Real Estate.
  • 1-2 years working experience in real estate fund management, banking, audit or finance. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with demonstrated capabilities in financial modelling.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage across multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Proactive and results driven, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
