As an Invest Operations Analyst, you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high-quality products for our customers.
Job Description
This role is accountable for supporting both Trust's customers as well as internal stakeholders in the day-to-day operations of Trust’s investment products offering across both managed and self-directed investments to meet their operational, risk, compliance and governance requirements.
The Role Responsibility:
·      Execute and manage operational fund flows for settlements and funds withdrawals.
·      Perform books and records management, including reconciliation and investigate discrepancies that may arise.
·      Provide support of investment products including but not limited to investment account management, product and trade inquiries, and complaints handling in collaboration with customer facing teams.
·      Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure high standards of conduct, governance, and operational excellence.
·      Support relevant stakeholders in adherence to all regulatory requirements such as assisting production necessary regulatory and financial reporting.
·      Collaborate with key vendors to maintain effective operational relationships.
·      Ensure process documentations are up-to-date and continuously improve our systems and processes.
·      Support the development and production of new product training materials and conduct relevant training for the wider team.

Role Specific Technical Competencies:

Knowledge of financial instruments and various asset classes such as mutual funds & equities

Brokerage and fund distribution operations, products, and processes

Knowledge of operational regulatory requirements for CMSLs serving retail customers

Our Ideal Candidate:
·      Bachelor’s Degree
·      Prior experience, preferably in an operations role or in retail securities brokerage within Singapore
·      Demonstrated a strong track record of applying sound judgement with critical thinking skills
·      Ability to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment whilst retaining long-term focus
·      Strong prioritization capability and decision-making skills
·      Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information
·      Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
