Internship Program Overview 

Our Interns are our talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students with meaningful work experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. As an intern at GF, you’ll experience one-on-one mentorship, work assignments that prioritize your growth and potential, professional development opportunities, and the chance to network with executives.   

 

Summary of Role: 

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts and help build a strong pipeline of top talent. This internship offers hands-on experience in the hiring process, a chance to build foundational knowledge in HR and talent strategy, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic talent initiatives in a dynamic and global organization. 

 

Your role 

  • Support Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities 

  • Assist in posting job openings and managing candidate applications 

  • Screen resumes and help identify suitable candidates for a variety of roles 

  • Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers 

  • Support campus outreach, career fairs, industrial talks / visits  

  • Help maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) 

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media and recruitment campaigns 

  • Participate in projects and team meetings to gain broader exposure to talent strategy 

  • Support and participate in TA’s recruiting initiatives and continuous improvement projects. 

 

Other Responsibilities:   

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs   

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Actively pursuing a Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Sociology, Business or related field during the time of internship 

  • Strong interest in recruitment and people development 

  • Good communication and organizational skills 

  • Attention to details and accuracy; excellent follow-through skills. 

  • Familiarity with MS Office; experience with recruitment platforms is a plus 

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidential information 

  • This application is for students undertaking a 20-24 week credit-bearing internship from Mar 2026 onwards.
