You’ll succeed by being proactive, organised, and genuinely enthusiastic about connecting with students and graduates. You’ll need to quickly learn our recruitment processes and adapt to a fast-paced environment, always striving to find the best talent to drive our bank forward.

What you do 

You will:

  • Assist with planning and executing key recruitment events for our internship programmes.

  • Prepare engaging recruitment materials and post jobs across various platforms.

  • Source and identify potential candidates through databases, social media, and other channels.

  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified individuals.

  • Conduct initial interviews using effective techniques to assess candidate suitability.

  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.

Who you are
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.

  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Enjoy building relationships and connecting with people.

  • Possess hands-on experience with recruitment processes and/or event management.
