What you do
You will:
- Support Contact Centre projects focused on process improvement, automation, and reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of transformational technologies including Livechat, AI-enabled Agent Assistants, and Chat/Voicebots.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including managing test cases in JIRA, joining daily calls with IT and vendors, and providing status updates.
- Gather requirements from business units to support solution design.
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative technologies, learning how they solve real-world challenges.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing a Polytechnic diploma in Info Comm, Info Technology, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Demonstrate strong academic performance with an interest in IT project management and a customer service mindset.
- Possess a basic understanding of contact centre operations and technologies.
- Familiar with project management tools like JIRA.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical, proactive, and a strong team player.
Learning Objectives
This internship will provide you with:
- Hands-on project management experience, from requirement gathering to implementation and UAT.
- Practical knowledge of technologies like Livechat, AI-enabled Agent Assistants, and real-time speech-to-text.
- Insight into system support and troubleshooting practices, including escalation and resolution.
- Development of essential professional skills including meeting management, timeline tracking, and presentation skills.
