We are looking for an Intern to join the Franklin Templeton Institute team based in Singapore. This role will provide support to our Asian Strategist in terms of economic and multi asset research for the global financial markets. The Intern will spend time helping the Asian Strategist develop commentary to support the key areas of institute research. The full time Internship will last for up to 35 weeks from January 2026 onwards.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
Assist research team on data collection, classification, and basic analysis
Complete independent research projects designated by institute team
Support financial and economic research
To assist in operational and administrative matters of the team
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
University students with an excellent academic track record
Keen interest in developing a career in financial services
Strong verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and a desire to be a team player
Proficient computer skills
Ability to prove research capabilities will be an added advantage
