Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of and contribute to the leasing plan for Junction 8, including researching potential new brands and concepts for the mall
Conduct market and competitor analysis, including data gathering on on competitor malls
Support the updating and maintenance of leasing floor plans
Assist with tenant coordination and administrative matters, such as liaising with tenants on Public Liability Insurance and Audited Sales Reports
Coordinate and support meetings or calls with tenants, including taking meeting minutes where required
Assist with financial analysis of tenants’ sales data
Support other day‑to‑day administrative or ad‑hoc duties related to tenant management
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of real estate principles
Strong numerical skills are an advantage
Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry
