Summer Intern Tenant Advisory

Job Description

  • Provide partnership, pitch management, creative and marketing coordination and communication for Asia Pacific Tenant Representation (ATR) projects under the Director’s lead
  • Support development of Asia focused contents, in partnership with Marketing & Occupier Solution hubs for use in seminars, events, roadshows by Asia Tenant Rep teams
  • Support Director in targeting late-stage start-ups with eye on APAC for growth / back-offices opportunities in SEA region
  • Work closely with Director on preparation of proposals and presentations for pitching of appointments
  • Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management tools and provide campaign reporting metrics to the ATR Director and recommend improvements to enhance performance
  • Become effective and fluent in Cushman & Wakefield’s CRM
  • Develop understanding of the real estate market, target groups and personas, ever- changing real estate space usage and needs, and Cushman & Wakefield’s investor client community
  • Gain a keen understanding of how target audiences for properties for lease or sale consume marketing and present ideas to enhance engagement
  • Articulate and live the Cushman & Wakefield culture, model organisational values and required behaviour and hold others (employees and peers) accountable for their actions by identifying and acting on behaviour which is inconsistent with agreed standards
  • Understand the Cushman & Wakefield brand and expertise of services delivered to ensure all opportunities to provide a full-service offer to clients is available
  • Regularly engage with the Cushman & Wakefield CRE team to leverage their knowledge
