Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Data Collection & Reporting: Assist in gathering, organising and analysing sustainability data from properties around the world, focusing on key performance indicators such as energy, waste, and carbon emissions. 
  • Liaising with Global Properties: Work closely with operational teams at our global properties to ensure timely and accurate submission of sustainability data. Provide support and guidance to local teams as needed to improve data reporting processes. 
  • Data Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Perform regular data quality checks to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sustainability data submitted by properties. Identify discrepancies or issues and work with local teams to resolve them. 
  • Onboarding New Properties to UL 360 & Greenview Portal: Assist in the onboarding process for new properties to the UL 360 and Greenview Portal data collection platforms. This includes guiding properties through the platform setup, ensuring proper data entry, and troubleshooting any issues during the integration process. 
  • Liaising with Parent Company: Coordinate with our parent company to ensure that all their sustainability data and reporting requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with any additional data reporting
  • Data Entry & Updates: Ensure that all sustainability data is entered into the relevant tracking systems on time and in line with reporting schedules. 
  • Develop & Maintain Reporting Tools: Assist in creating and maintaining data dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sustainability performance. 
  • Reporting Support: Help prepare periodic sustainability reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarising global sustainability progress, trends, and opportunities. 
  • Collaboration & Communication: Serve as a point of contact for property teams regarding sustainability data and the UL 360 and Greenview Portal platforms, answering questions and offering support to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Sustainability Best Practices: Research sustainability trends and best practices, providing recommendations for data collection improvements and identifying new ways to track and improve sustainability performance globally. 
  • Ad-hoc Project Support: Assist with various sustainability initiatives and projects as required, providing data support and helping to implemebt new programs or processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collection, cleaning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R is a plus).
  • Experience with data platforms such as UL 360 and Greenview Portal, or the ability to quickly learn new software tools, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and consistency,
  • Strong communication skills, both writeen and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while working effectively as part of a global team.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SDGs) is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in sustainability and environmental impact, with a willingness to learn and contribute to global sustainability efforts.
