Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and business / investment feasibility on platform M&A deal opportunities.
- Assist the team in macro & research support to maintain up-to-date financial and benchmark data.
- Assist the team in constructing financial models for support investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns.
- Assist the team in preparing business / investment approval materials.
- Provide support to the team in real M&A deal execution if opportunity arises.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. Skills in using Bloomberg will be advantageous.
- Possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as a positive attitude and passion to acquire new knowledge.
- Individual who is detail-oriented, meticulous and able to identify the big picture.
