JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities:  
Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.  
Full-Stack Development: Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design to deployment and maintenance.  
Backend Development: Build robust and scalable backend services using cutting-edge technologies like Node.js and serverless architectures. 
Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible frontend applications using modern technologies like React, TypeScript, and Next.js. 
Performance Optimization: Optimize backend code and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability. 
Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance system performance and user experience. 
Agile Development: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to foster a collaborative and efficient development process. 
AI and Machine Learning: Research, explore and implement AI and ML techniques to enhance product features and user experiences. 
 

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:  
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in any basic programming language and eager to learn new stacks such as Node.js, serverless architectures, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).  
Frontend Knowledge: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.  
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex technical challenges.  
Collaboration: The trainee will develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. 
Continuous Learning: A passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.  
Agile Mindset: The trainee will experience the Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and a collaborative approach to development.  
AI and Machine Learning: The trainee will have the chance to develop knowledge of AI/machine learning (AGI, ASI, GenAI & etc.), the frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) while working with our real projects.
