Support operational execution of ad campaigns: input and verify bookings in traffic and billing systems (ARP, Radio Traffic System, SAP, Astro Ads), monitor entitlements, prepare progress and billing reports, ensure accounting/audit compliance, coordinate with internal teams, resolve operational issues, and occasionally travel to client/government offices. Lead a team designing, delivering, and scaling AI and automation solutions across Azure and Microsoft 365. Support the Unscripted & Live Content team with creative, content, production and administrative tasks: prepare and update presentation decks, create simple graphics, assist basic photo/video editing, support studio/location shoots and on-ground production, capture behind-the-scenes content, and maintain project files and meeting notes.

Support product development by collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, document user stories, assist QA testing, conduct user research and Chinese market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and improve user experience.

Monitor audio/video quality and interactive services across DTH, broadband and new media from the Master Control Room. Perform network and system monitoring, fault resolution, ticket handling and first-level recovery to maintain 99.98% on-air availability. Coordinate live event monitoring, escalate issues per SOP, and prepare shift/weekly operations reports.

Build and own end-to-end customer-facing features for web and mobile. Develop backend services and RESTful APIs in Node.js/TypeScript, responsive frontends in React/Next.js, integrate AI/LLM features, work with AWS infrastructure, ensure observability and security, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and mentor junior engineers in an Agile team.

Coordinate with internal channel business units and external content providers to schedule and process media files, subtitles, images/posters, and live feed recordings. Issue production work orders, manage delivery timelines, handle urgent requests (including weekends/public holidays), and assist senior associates in departmental tasks while maintaining attention to detail and independent teamwork.

Manage end-to-end production and delivery for Astro Design+Motion projects. Lead client-facing activities, prepare proposals and pitches, set up workflows, plan and monitor budgets, coordinate internal/external stakeholders, and support the Head in expanding services such as animation and Unreal Engine virtual environments.

Lead product and trade marketing for Astro PayTV: define GTM strategy across ATL/BTL/online/on-ground, align stakeholders, manage campaign rollouts, measure performance, drive partnerships and continuous improvement, and act as project manager for initiatives and business plans.

Support company-wide employee engagement and employer branding initiatives: plan and execute programs, produce communications and creative assets, manage SharePoint HR portal, coordinate photoshoots and videos, and assist on projects to strengthen workplace culture.

Provide legal support for radio, media and advertising businesses including content and music licensing, advertising and marketing contracts, data/privacy advisory, dispute management, corporate compliance, due diligence, and internal legal training. Coordinate with external counsel, manage piracy enforcement, draft commercial agreements and policies, and advise corporate functions on various legal matters to safeguard company interests.

Manage end-to-end digital campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting. Lead a small team to enforce SLAs, implement SOPs, liaise with ad tech and verification vendors, and apply insights to improve campaign performance across programmatic and social platforms.

Drive retail growth by developing business development strategies, onboarding and managing retail partners, meeting sales targets, analyzing retail performance, collaborating on market expansion and promotional campaigns, and providing partner training and support.

Lead corporate development, strategy and investor relations: evaluate partnerships, M&A and investments; build financial models and business cases; drive BPR and corporate KPI monitoring; gather market intelligence and competitive analysis; manage research projects and vendor contracts; prepare Board and market reporting; engage investors and lead corporate finance initiatives including project financing and asset optimization.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and SEM. Manage ad spend and audience lists, collaborate with agencies and internal teams to improve UX, and run CRM/CDP-driven campaigns using Salesforce/Insider/CleaverTap. Perform data analysis and Excel reporting to drive engagement and retention.

Support enterprise sales planning by setting targets, forecasting, tracking performance, and producing reports and dashboards. Analyze sales trends and customer data to identify risks and opportunities. Assist budgeting, rolling forecasts, leads management, process improvements, automation, and sales communications to align stakeholders and improve data quality.
